Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive PVD process and device improvements using characterization, test, DOE, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers to deliver results.
  • •Partner with product groups to identify and optimize performance to meet critical final device parameters.
  • •Work with vendors to deliver improvements to SMFAB (e.g., PPH, improved cycle time, process stability, equipment/process uptime).
  • •Plan effectively and lead technical discussions while managing multiple parallel tasks and communicating status/actions across organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years in semiconductor wafer fabrication for advanced nodes.
  • •3 years of PVD processing experience on AMAT platforms.
  • •2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • •Preferred: experience developing new epi process modules from the ground up.
