Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the dedicated finance partner for Zapier’s self-serve business, collaborating across the Chief Product Officer, SVP of Marketing, and CFO.
  • •Build and own forecasting, reporting, and analytical infrastructure for self-serve, largely defining what good looks like.
  • •Analyze the self-serve funnel end-to-end to identify where value is leaking and where the biggest opportunities are.
  • •Own self-serve unit economics and provide perspective on key levers including pricing, packaging, churn reduction, and growth investments.
  • •Use data self-serve tooling to build decision-driving analyses and partner with product/engineering to connect product changes to financial outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, ideally in product-led or self-serve SaaS.
  • •Deep understanding of self-serve business dynamics including churn, contraction, expansion, net new revenue, and the full funnel from visitor to paid conversion.
  • •Experience operating in distributed-ownership environments and building relationships across product, marketing, engineering, and finance.
