Job Summary

Build the operating system that helps Omnea’s GTM team ramp faster and perform consistently as enterprise accounts get more complex. You’ll design onboarding and enablement programmes across Sales, Product, and Marketing, turn fast-moving information into scalable workflows and playbooks, and use AI-powered tooling to improve productivity. Own enablement systems, documentation standards, measurement, and continuous optimisation using data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Design how critical GTM information is captured, organised, and shared so it stays easy to find, trusted, and up to date.
•Own onboarding and ongoing development enablement programmes across every GTM function, and continuously improve them.
•Identify, implement, and optimise tools, workflows, and AI-powered solutions that help GTM teams work faster and better.
•Partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure launches are enabled and best practices are codified.
•Define success metrics, track adoption, and refine enablement programmes based on data and feedback.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, such as consulting, programme/project management, operations, or strategy.
•Systems thinker who designs processes, frameworks, and programmes that make others more effective.
•Highly organised and focused on user experience, with a bias toward concise, intuitive, easy-to-maintain documentation and learning.
•Execution-focused with strong adoption of AI and modern productivity tools to help teams work faster.
•Excellent communicator who simplifies complex ideas, influences cross-functional stakeholders, and creates programmes/content that change behaviour.
