  • •Oversee full operations department performance, including auditing, packaging, logistics, supply chain, TPI, purchasing, processes, quality assurance, operational excellence, safety, environmental quality, maintenance, infrastructure, and economics.
  • •Lead an operational excellence program focused on depreciation, output, productivity, and the acquisition/implementation of new equipment.
  • •Define and manage an annual investment plan and the operations department budget while driving constant efficiency.
  • •Provide leadership and mentoring to department managers and develop/implement work processes, line infrastructure, and procedures.
  • •Perform matrix management for the manufacturing site in China.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering education in Industrial Engineering and Management, Chemistry (process), Biotechnology, or Machinery.

  • •Fluent command of Hebrew and English (speaking, writing, and reading).
