Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble transformer shells and related sub-assemblies by following customer specifications, blueprints, bills of material, and standardized procedures.
  • •Perform setup and stacking operations, including loading cores/coils onto the stacking line and ensuring alignment to quality standards.
  • •Connect and follow low- and high-voltage hookup diagrams, then test finished units for proper ratio and good connections.
  • •Rework damaged or defective components/assemblies to meet quality standards.
  • •Oversee/enforce lockout/tagout protocols and safely operate cranes/hoisting equipment while adhering to safety and housekeeping (5S+) practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately and demonstrate effective communication.
  • •Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as required.
  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling.
  • •Adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
