Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing to design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend solutions.
  • •Assist in designing software architectures and integrating software components to improve functionality and user experience under guidance.
  • •Support implementation of testing protocols to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • •Monitor and optimize system performance with mentorship from senior team members.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally on software projects aligned with business goals and apply continuous integration/deployment best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,749 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • •2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
  • •2 years building backend services in Go/Java/Python with REST or gRPC and microservices, plus software development methodologies.
  • •At least 1 year working with datastores including PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis, Cassandra, Cosmos DB.
  • •Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud operations (Azure AKS/storage/monitoring or AWS/GCP), observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, Jaeger), and CI/CD with Git-based workflows plus unit/integration testing and code reviews.
