Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the CIO office to deliver short-term and long-term reporting needs and enhancements.
  • •Coordinate reporting between BXCI Portfolio Managers and the Credit Insurance Middle Office, producing Senior Management and LP reporting deliverables.
  • •Track firmwide/global commitments and deployments, maintaining controls around reporting and data input processes.
  • •Reconcile and track transaction data to ensure accurate client reporting.
  • •Collaborate with technology, finance, and middle office teams to prioritize development work, streamline reporting for new fund launches, and create senior management presentation materials.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Finance Reporting, Office of COO, Business Management, Product Control, Operations, or Accounting.
  • •Understanding of Private Credit or Equity (strongly preferred).
  • •Experience with Fixed Income Securities or loans (preferred).
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including extensive use of complex Excel functions and building financial models and reports.
