Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the strategic direction for the global Advisory Portfolio Analytics team and develop analytical frameworks and tools in collaboration with BlackRock and the Aladdin Wealth team.
  • •Lead integration of investment content, portfolio analytics, and stress-scenario capabilities into the advisory client journey.
  • •Oversee business-as-usual portfolio analytics, including data-quality reviews and root-cause investigations to resolve operational issues.
  • •Provide subject-matter expertise for model validation and enhancement across existing and new investment products with product, modelling and platform teams.
  • •Collaborate with Product, COO, Transformation, IT, Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors, and mentor colleagues to roll out portfolio analytics to new booking centres.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years’ experience in portfolio management, portfolio analytics or related financial-services disciplines.
  • •Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline; advanced degree/professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM are preferred.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams and influencing across regions.
  • •Strong quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and model-validation capabilities with understanding of investment products, market dynamics and risk management.
  • •Practical experience using analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL, plus data visualisation and data-quality management experience.
