Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve Premier Banking acquisition objectives by sourcing new customers and managing/growing relationships for acquisition and referrals.
  • •Identify acquisition sources and opportunities via strategic partnerships with external partners and across HSBC business units.
  • •Support employee banking events and follow up on digital leads for customer acquisition.
  • •Promote the Retail Banking Wealth Management Expatriate proposition to support international capabilities.
  • •Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements, including KYC, account opening, onboarding processes, and warm handover to RM.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder with minimum 2 years sales or acquisition experience in banking and financial services, preferably in the affluent segment.
  • •Sound knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services.
  • •Excellent sales and people management skills.
  • •Strong customer focus with ability to understand customer needs.
  • •Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with ownership and ability to work independently.
