Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all MAC Projects are managed in accordance with the MAC Playbook and delivered efficiently and effectively, focusing on safety and client satisfaction.
  • •Ensure MAC Projects are QHSE compliant, delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety for MAC and the client(s).
  • •Generate new lines of revenue for the organisation and maximise sales profit margins.
  • •Ensure all MAC projects adhere to commercial agreements / contracts and are delivered on time within financial requirements and margins.
  • •Provide guidance on selection of, and management of, the supply chain and accurate, timely reporting of activity and client metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •AutoCAD 2020 or higher experience (Desired)
  • •Experience in space planning, preferably in a corporate environment (Desired)
  • •Experience of managing corporate moves (Desired)
  • •Experience managing fit-out, strip-out and small works projects
  • •Knowledge of the Move (Porterage) supply chain or experience managing 3rd party contractors
