Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support activities.
  • •Configure and customize SAP SD components including customer master, sales order processing, pricing/conditions, credit management, shipping, billing, returns/rebates, output determination, and intercompany sales.
  • •Design and review technical specifications for developments, interfaces, enhancements, forms, reports, and workflows; coordinate with ABAP developers on RICEFW objects.
  • •Perform system/integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support including incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of relevant SAP SD experience with implementation, production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
  • •Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) techno-functional expertise to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Ability to analyze complex business and technical issues and translate requirements into SAP SD solutions.
  • •Excellent communication skills for workshops, functional specification preparation, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
