Key Responsibilities

  • •Create operational strategy and define domain-level team priorities aligned to Grow Operations’ mission.
  • •Take ownership of high-complexity operational initiatives from discovery through execution, coordinating cross-team delivery and iteration.
  • •Scale operations for new and existing products by reducing manual workload through sustainable automation and risk mitigation.
  • •Embed operational considerations into product development and represent Grow Operations in organizational discussions to align Product and Ops.
  • •Define and track KPIs, act as first-level escalation for complex issues, collaborate with Risk/Compliance, and mentor Product Specialists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

  • •Proven delivery of high-complexity operational initiatives end-to-end with measurable operational impact.
  • •Comfort sourcing data and building dashboards using BI tools such as Looker to scope problems and measure outcomes.
  • •Strong operational risk and control acumen with deep knowledge of critical processes and controls owned by Grow Operations.
  • •Hypothesis-driven problem solving with risk assessment and process optimization; ability to present complex issues clearly to different audiences.
  • •Ability to set quarterly OKRs, break down complex problems with structured frameworks, and define accurate forecasts and KPIs.
