Key Responsibilities

  • •Source data center opportunities including colocation, powered shell, land + power, and expansion opportunities.
  • •Conduct broker outreach, direct owner engagement, and cold outreach to build a global opportunity pipeline.
  • •Perform market intelligence and screening by identifying clusters and supply-demand imbalances, then screening for power, permitting, and credibility.
  • •Support early-stage diligence by validating provider claims and organizing diligence materials while flagging risks.
  • •Track deal stage, MW capacity, timelines, and risks; support reporting and investment memos while improving sourcing workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •1–4 years in acquisitions, real estate, infrastructure, or sourcing.
  • •Strong outreach and pipeline-building capability, including broker and owner engagement.
  • •Analytical and organizational skills to assess and triage opportunities.
  • •Exposure to data centers, power infrastructure, or telecom.
  • •Experience supporting diligence or underwriting, and/or market analysis experience.
