Estimation and Tendering Manager (Syria, SY)

Manage estimating and tendering processes to support tenders and project reviews. Lead and develop estimation engineers to streamline tendering and budgeting activities, while establishing evaluation procedures for the estimating department. Prepare compliant tender submissions, produce accurate and competitive cost estimates, assess risks, and conduct market research. Coordinate with project management, engineering, and finance, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and maintain detailed records with regular reporting to senior management.
