Key Responsibilities

•Own the IT support queue, triaging and resolving hardware, software and networking issues for in‑office and remote users, ensuring SLAs are met.
•Manage onboarding and offboarding end‑to‑end: device provisioning, account setup, access management, and deprovisioning across core platforms.
•Oversee hardware asset inventory and lifecycle, including warranty claims and vendor coordination, and maintain AV/meeting room setups.
•Create documentation and training materials to empower colleagues to help themselves and reduce repeat tickets.
•Operate within a 100% macOS environment deeply integrated with Google Workspace and related tools.
