Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks aligned to Invesco’s strategy.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating strategy and challenges into targeted OE interventions.
  • •Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution, including diagnostics, facilitation/coaching, measurement, and follow-up.
  • •Diagnose organizational and team dynamics using observation, assessments, and data to identify root causes.
  • •Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs, provide executive coaching, and develop executive-ready presentations and insights.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of progressive HR, Talent, or Organizational Development experience in complex global matrixed environments.

  • •Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities, with relevant certifications and experience using psychometric assessments preferred.
