Job Summary

Partner with HR and business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness across Invesco. Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks; lead end-to-end intervention design using diagnostics and standardized toolkits; and facilitate team/leadership interventions alongside executive coaching. Use observation, assessments, and data to diagnose root causes, deliver executive-ready insights for alignment, and continuously improve metrics and practices in a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks aligned to Invesco’s strategy.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating strategy and challenges into targeted OE interventions.
•Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution, including diagnostics, facilitation/coaching, measurement, and follow-up.
•Diagnose organizational and team dynamics using observation, assessments, and data to identify root causes.
•Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs, provide executive coaching, and develop executive-ready presentations and insights.

Key Requirements

•Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities, with relevant certifications and experience using psychometric assessments preferred.
•Deep knowledge of organization effectiveness frameworks, team dynamics, diagnostics, change models, and leadership methodologies.
•Strategic, systems-thinking mindset with strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
