Key Responsibilities

•Operate with independence in forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning.
•Provide cost and schedule analysis and develop quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
•Coordinate the development of quarterly EACs and provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
•Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities.
•Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os) and implement Earned Value Management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience with 8+ years in relevant field (Advanced Degree with 5+ years acceptable)
•Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain in program development and execution
•Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
