Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the full project lifecycle for ERP implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including planning, control, and independent delivery.
•Support the sales team by preparing proposals for potential and existing customers.
•Act as the primary point of contact for customer and team issues, ensuring objectives such as budget, timelines, and quality are achieved and project teams are assembled and led across regions.
•Assume methodological responsibility for agile project delivery following the Avanade methodology.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable ERP solutions and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting experience with extensive client interaction and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and align with project outcomes.
•Strong understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions; willingness to continuously learn and apply new projects in an international setting.
•Experience leading teams onshore and offshore and ability to build and guide cross-functional project teams.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business administration or a related field.
•Fluency in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
