Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, integrating innovative communication, change, and engagement tactics in HR, total rewards, and organizational change strategies
•Lead client engagements and coach project teams and external partners to develop and deliver innovative change communication strategies and solutions (strategy, planning, advisory, content creation)
•Own multiple large-scale, complex client relationships and projects across various HR and total rewards topics, working independently and with teams
•Lead new business pursuits, expand existing client relationships, and support strategic growth opportunities
•Help shape internal and external communication viewpoints and translate emerging trends such as AI and asynchronous communication into practical tactics and opportunities

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in HR and total rewards communication, employee experience consulting, and related employee communication
•Strategic change communication or change management experience
•Proven track record in business development, client leadership, and revenue growth
•Excellent writing and storytelling skills with subject matter expertise in compensation and incentives, performance management, and other benefits programs
•Proficiency in using AI to enhance communication strategies and deliverables in a client-focused environment
