Job Summary

Help enterprise clients responsibly design, deploy, and scale generative AI and agentic capabilities across Adobe Experience Cloud. Lead multiple concurrent engagements by assessing AI/LLM readiness, defining governance and roadmaps, and guiding architectures for RAG systems, AI agents, and LLM-powered features. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating architecture concepts into clear documentation, workshops, and executive presentations while aligning business strategy, IT plans, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the lead technical point of contact across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
•Design enterprise architectures and roadmaps incorporating RAG, AI agents, and automated workflows.
•Assess clients’ current architecture and AI/LLM readiness and identify gaps to target state.
•Define AI governance models covering privacy, consent, access controls, and responsible-AI guardrails.
•Translate LLM architecture concepts into clear technical writing and executive presentations, managing scope and timelines across engagements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a client-facing role building enterprise architecture models.
•Experience translating business vision into technical architecture for GenAI value creation.
•Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
•Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., API-first, SOA, TOGAF).
•Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration/vector databases (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
