Job Summary

Lead overall plant operations at the Zephyrhills site, directing all manufacturing processes to deliver quality products while driving Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance, and Housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities

•Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Plan and direct the layout of equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization, including participating in procurement of raw materials and supplies.
•Establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
•Ensure employees strive to meet company standards for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and/or three or more years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and P&L statements.

•Purchasing experience (preferred).
•Ability to train and instruct employees.
