Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships by delivering investment advice and wealth management solutions. Assemble clients’ full financial picture—covering investments, financing needs, taxes, and real estate—then bring the right internal specialists to support outcomes. Acquire new high-net-worth clients, expand wallet share through cross-selling, and complete KYC/AML and regulatory work in a Baltic-wide network.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of client relationships, building part of it and working with internal specialists.
•Deliver investment advice and wealth management solutions using bank research and portfolio management support.
•Assemble clients’ full financial picture (e.g., business sale, generational handover, real estate, financing needs, tax questions) and coordinate the right experts.
•Acquire new clients and onboard high-net-worth clients while expanding wallet share through cross-selling (insurance, lending, investments).
•Complete KYC/AML and other regulatory work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,050 - 4,550 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in customer management.
•Strong knowledge of investment products and markets.
•Investment advisory certification, or the willingness to obtain it.
•Fluent Estonian and English, verbal and written.
•Academic degree in Business Administration or similar.
