Order & Collections Analyst

Support the order-to-cash process by managing order entry and updates, coordinating order fulfillment, executing standard and manual billings, and handling collections follow-up and cash application support. Maintain accurate customer and master data in internal systems and customer portals, resolve routine order and billing inquiries, and assist with claims, disputes, and account documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational and financial goals.
