Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on cost strategy and manage bid processes, including vendor prequalification, proposal review, and bid interview/appointment support.
  • •Develop and manage estimating services across the project lifecycle, including detailed estimates, value engineering recommendations, risk assessments, and vendor price validation.
  • •Establish cost reporting schedules and deliver cost reports and forecasts, track budgets/spend forecasts, maintain commercial risk registers, and run cost review meetings.
  • •Manage cost control activities such as reviewing payment applications, evaluating change orders, and supporting dispute avoidance and resolution.
  • •Oversee invoicing and final accounting, including post-contract audits, account closeouts, and lessons learned/process improvements; maintain handover/closeout procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium- to large-scale, complex construction projects in fast-paced or programmatic environments.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating, cost planning, procurement, and change management best practices.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward chartership is highly valued.
