Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee customer handling areas (check-in, departure gate, transit, arrival) and ensure accurate, prompt execution by staff and handling agents.
  • •Assign pre-flight duties, conduct de-briefings, and direct check-in staff for passenger irregularities and denied boarding.
  • •Make decisions regarding excess baggage charges (including charging/waiving) and guide staff on passenger downgrading/offloading updates.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with customs, immigration, security, police, medical, cargo, ground transport, and other airport stakeholders.
