Own the functional configuration and optimization of Wise’s global talent acquisition tech stack, partnering across People Technology to make recruitment workflows scalable, secure, and intuitive. Lead hands-on ATS domain setup (SmartRecruiters, onboarding modules, Workday Recruiting touchpoints), resolve complex Jira support issues, design reporting dashboards, and evaluate new recruitment integrations to guide the long-term roadmap and reduce technical debt.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead functional configuration of ATS tools and recruitment touchpoints, including SmartRecruiters, onboarding modules, automated scheduling tools, and Workday recruiting.
•Own reliability and performance of recruitment and talent acquisition domains, ensuring support, documentation, and correct system logic.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring teams to design and implement solutions that improve candidate experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.
•Manage and resolve complex recruitment pipeline support queries in Jira by identifying root causes and implementing durable functional fixes.
•Design and build advanced custom reports and talent dashboards, and evaluate new recruitment technologies and integrations for the technical roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 105,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong background in HRIS or ATS configuration and administration, preferably SmartRecruiters and/or Workday Recruiting, with experience in end-to-end talent system implementations or major optimization projects.
•Analytical, data-driven mindset with accuracy processing recruitment datasets to inform system configuration and workflow decisions.
•Exceptional ability to translate complex applicant workflows or technical logic into clear language for recruitment stakeholders and hiring managers.
•Commitment to candidate data security/confidentiality, high-quality testing, and documentation.
•Experience configuring or managing adjacent People tools (e.g., Peakon, Visier, Absorb) and/or background check integrations is a plus.
