•Perform the various stages of meal preparation, including cleaning, trimming, marinating, cooking and presenting ingredients
•Ensure dishes are prepared and served promptly, respecting timing and delivery schedules
•Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure an efficient, coordinated workflow
•Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including utensils, equipment and work areas
•Monitor ingredient quality and report any issues or shortages to the sous chef or head chef

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a cook in luxury restaurants or high-level facilities (preferred but not required)
•Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
•Excellent use of professional kitchen equipment and tools
•Ability to work efficiently in a high-intensity team environment
•Creativity in plate presentation and menu innovation
