Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a team of technology professionals and own end-to-end delivery and production ownership for portfolio modeling, rebalancing, trading, subscriptions, and financial data provider platforms.
•Establish delivery governance and agile ways of working; partner with Product Management to align priorities, scope, and outcomes.
•Lead cross-functional delivery with Technology, Product, Operations, and vendors to manage plans, cutovers, dependencies, risks, test readiness, and releases.
•Provide technical oversight for architecture and integrations across OMS/EMS, custodians/brokers, market data providers, and downstream reporting systems (APIs, messaging, streaming).
•Own operational excellence: stability/reliability, observability, service level objectives/indicators, and incident/problem management with high-quality releases/cutovers and rollback plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Led delivery and production support of integrated vendor and/or internally built trading/portfolio management platforms (order/execution, market data, performance, private investments) from requirements through cutover and operations.
•Have technical depth to review designs and make tradeoffs across performance, resiliency, data quality, and security.
•7–10+ years delivering and operating investment or trading-system technology with ownership of production platforms and releases.
•7–10+ years building, structuring, and leading technology teams (engineering, data, and/or integration), including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
•Comfortable governing agile delivery, testing strategy, release/change, environments, observability, and incident/problem management without day-to-day coding.
