Client Implementation & Operations Manager

Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization, owning project planning, execution, communication, and risk/issue resolution. Serve as the primary client point of contact while coordinating cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, Support, Vendor Operations, and Billing. Manage timelines and deliverables, maintain project reporting, and improve implementation workflows at scale, using AI tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
