Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage long-term executive relationships as an extension of Workday leadership for assigned strategic accounts.
  • •Maintain responsibility for Workday deployment and adoption success, guiding enterprise transformation and implementation planning for new features and products.
  • •Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and sell or upsell Workday products, deployment, and postproduction services.
  • •Participate in prospect sales cycles and provide advice to support implementation activities that become part of the customer portfolio.
  • •Create MP deliverables (e.g., strategic and engagement plans) and provide direction/support to project teams on scope, budget, timeline, and escalated issues.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project/program manager level within Higher Education and/or State & Local Government markets.
  • •8+ years developing and maintaining C-level relationships to deliver successful partnerships and strategic alignment.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience with cloud-native HR or Finance software (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite) as an implementation leader, business function owner, or configuration resource.
  • •Experience and active networks in the higher education market (similar government exposure is beneficial).
  • •Ability to empower and lead a matrixed team across multiple levels while managing and prioritizing multiple customer demands.
