Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and follow compliance requirements (security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulations).
  • •Educate clients on mobile banking features and how to use remote deposit capture and contactless payments.
  • •Listen to customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Greet customers throughout the space and maintain a welcoming, human-centered experience.
  • •Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius and maintain regular, consistent attendance.
