Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with reviewing client onboarding applications and related due diligence tasks.
  • •Document reviews in internal systems and escalate to a full-time onboarding officer for final review; progress to reviewing/decisioning items yourself.
  • •Send requests and verify required documentation, escalating potential issues to the senior compliance team.
  • •Maintain accurate records and update case statuses in compliance systems.
  • •Support process documentation and workflow tracking, and communicate urgent issues to supervisors/Full-time Onboarding Officers for prompt resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •In progress or completed associate/bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • •At least 6 months’ experience in compliance, finance, banking, or a customer service role.
  • •Basic understanding of BSA/AML or related banking/fintech regulations.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • •Ability to work independently on weekends and meet required service levels, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
