Job Summary

Deliver high-quality BIM and CAD documentation for tunnel and transport infrastructure projects, with a focus on fire protection systems. Produce BIM models in Revit and create 2D Revit documentation, along with AutoCAD MEPF design drawings and coordinated services layouts. Work closely with project BIM coordinators and engineers to meet drawing priorities and deadlines, follow WSP CAD/BIM and QA processes, and support digital delivery through training and best-practice sharing.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce BIM models for fire protection systems for tunnels and other transport infrastructure using Revit.
•Produce AutoCAD MEPF design drawings and prepare plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated services drawings.
•Agree drawing and model priorities and deadlines with the Project Engineer/BIM Manager, contributing to coordination of engineering services.
•Develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and other design inputs and complete design sketches for tender documents when required.
•Follow WSP and project CAD/BIM standards, QA and document control/archiving processes, and support SHEQ obligations and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years' experience in MEP Revit modelling, especially fire detection and fire protection systems.
•Experience in tunnel and transport infrastructure or buildings.
•Proficient in 3D Revit and Navisworks, with ability to produce 2D Revit documentation to applicable standards.
•Ability to perform key technical tasks independently on large projects and apply company standards, BIM protocol, and process.
•Bachelor's Degree (Engineering) or equivalent, and working towards engineering registration within jurisdiction.
