•Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or Oracle Logistics solutions
•Strong understanding of OTM modules, business processes, and enterprise system integrations
•Ability to gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into functional OTM designs
•Proven experience leading OTM implementation projects including scope, planning, and execution
•Ability to develop end-user training and documentation and provide post-go-live support
