Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, ADF, and Azure Data Lake.
•Architect end-to-end Modern Data Warehouse and Lakehouse solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
•Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data, including ingestion from on-premise, cloud services, APIs, and third-party sources.
•Implement advanced PySpark transformations on Databricks and leverage Delta Lake features such as ACID transactions, schema evolution, versioning, and time travel.
•Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, define standards and reusable frameworks, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•10–13 years of overall experience in data engineering and enterprise data platforms.
•At least 3 years of hands-on Azure Databricks experience beyond POCs.
•At least 5 years building and orchestrating pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
•2+ years of strong PySpark experience for complex data transformation logic.
•6+ years ETL and data warehouse experience, including dimensional modeling, partitioning, and performance optimization.
