  • •Ensure GMP compliance and timely completion of quarterly reports, including accident and incident reporting.
  • •Lead, train, and develop employees for safe equipment operation and maximize productivity while minimizing conflicts and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and/or 2-3 years of related experience and/or training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
  • •20/40 vision in both eyes with or without correction.
  • •Possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • •Knowledge of GMP and HACCP, and demonstrated ability to lead and manage team members.
