Job Summary

Oversee product processing end-to-end to meet safety, throughput, yield, and staffing requirements. Compound, adjust, and package ingredient blends while maintaining HACCP and sanitation documentation. Ensure GMP compliance, complete daily/quarterly production reporting, and manage accident/incident reporting. Lead, train, and develop team members, support SOP/SSOP/GMP maintenance, coordinate with R&D on products, and act as backup to the Blends Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee product processing end-to-end to meet safety, throughput, yields, and staffing requirements.
•Compound, adjust, and package blends of multiple ingredients.
•Complete daily paperwork including daily production reports and document activities using HACCP forms and sanitation checklists.
•Ensure GMP compliance and timely completion of quarterly reports, including accident and incident reporting.
•Lead, train, and develop employees for safe equipment operation and maximize productivity while minimizing conflicts and issues.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and/or 2-3 years of related experience and/or training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift over 50 pounds.

•Possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification.
•Knowledge of GMP and HACCP, and demonstrated ability to lead and manage team members.
