Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement classification policies and guidance at the enterprise level, overseeing uniform application by personnel.
  • •Lead classification-related projects, coordinating activities and personnel and working with other DOE complex sites to create guidance on classified technical subjects.
  • •Oversee program budgets and track expenses while monitoring progress and adherence to timelines.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment to program objectives.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks impacting program delivery and prepare reports and presentations on program status and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Security/Classification Operations (or a related technical field).
  • •Minimum of three years’ experience as a Derivative Classifier.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Q Clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or 10 years relevant scientific/technical work experience if degree is outside Engineering).
  • •2+ years of managing a team.
