Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the multi-year customization technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • •Own the customization technology portfolio, roadmap, and prioritization model, including demand intake and capacity allocation.
  • •Provide executive sponsorship and governance for major initiatives, including roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, and risk/dependency management.
  • •Ensure operational excellence for platform reliability, scalability, performance, support effectiveness, and compliance with security/architecture/change-management standards.
  • •Lead organizational leadership by developing the customization technology organization and managing budgets, workforce plans, vendor/partner relationships, and investment recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •More than 12 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
  • •More than 8 years leading managers and cross-functional technology teams.
  • •Experience leading digital products, eCommerce, customer-facing platforms, or manufacturing technology solutions.
  • •Demonstrated success managing technology portfolios, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
