Key Responsibilities

•Deliver core Service User support services prescribed under the contract.
•Provide inductions for new Service Users to the IA, ensuring understanding of services, property standards, emergency evacuation, and complaints procedure.
•Respond to requests for assistance and support via the AIRE Services and report on incidents.
•Manage incidents raised by the AIRE Services and maintain accurate reporting on visits, inspections, repairs and incidents.
•Complete monthly inspections within the IA to ensure standards are met and highlight maintenance requirements.

Salary: GBP 29,250

Key Requirements

•Valid UK driving licence is required and a company car is provided.
•Strong experience of working in a service environment with demonstrable communication skills.
•IT literate with knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
•Knowledge/experience of working within a property-related environment.
•Ability to manage conflict and maintain property standards.
