Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vendor lifecycle for an assigned supplier group end-to-end, including onboarding, contract compliance, performance reviews, and renewals.
  • •Design and run sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and lead new contract and renewal negotiations for pricing, terms, and service levels with Legal.
  • •Run vendor performance management using scorecards, business reviews, and SLA tracking, and drive resolution when performance slips.
  • •Keep teams aligned on deliverables, expectations, and changes so requesters, operations, and leadership stay informed.
  • •Analyze vendor performance and spend data to identify root causes and quantify savings and value, partnering with FP&A to support accurate budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience in finance/procurement at mid to large companies with high transaction volumes).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Procurement (Sourcing and/or Procure-to-Pay).
  • •Experience with Coupa and leading ERP systems, and/or dedicated e-procurement platforms.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • •Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders and work independently and in a team.
