Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end growth across paid, organic, partnerships, referral, and ABM; manage a high-velocity funnel from signal to pipeline.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, RevOps, Brand/Creative, and Web to scale campaigns and test new media.
•Translate brand narrative into performance assets and develop modular creative systems for internal and external partners.
•Design growth instrumentation and analytics (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Webflow/CMS, attribution/BI) and ensure data hygiene.
•Manage agencies/contractors with clear briefs and performance expectations, ensuring alignment to outcomes and learning velocity.

Key Requirements

•Senior-level, hands-on experience running integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS (healthtech a plus).
•Adept in both creative work and analytics—comfortable writing briefs and instrumenting funnels/attribution.
•Strong ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams quickly.
•Systems thinker who can design scalable processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences.
•Bias toward action, shipping, learning, and iteration while maintaining brand standards.
