Senior Business Operations Manager

Drive strategy refinement and measurable performance management for the Grow division by translating business goals into KPI frameworks, reporting on outcomes, and maintaining an end-to-end view of performance. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management) to align priorities, manage executive-ready reporting, and build a systematic feedback loop. Lead go-to-market initiatives by removing blockers and ensuring delivery across organizational boundaries.
