Director, Revenue Operations

Lead the Revenue Operations team responsible for forecasting, financial, and performance visibility across the customer lifecycle from lead awareness through activation. Partner with commercial leaders to set revenue strategy, optimize customer growth and sales efficiency, and drive initiatives around pricing, discounting, and incentives. Own GTM planning inputs, forecast accuracy, pipeline predictability, and executive reporting to clarify key revenue drivers and churn risk areas.
