Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, redline, negotiate, and own SaaS enterprise sales contracts as the primary focus of this role—including MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, DPA, and other legal agreements—enabling the AMER sales team to close deals efficiently and with legal confidence.
  • •Advise on legal principles relating to data privacy, IP, information security, and corporate risk mitigation.
  • •Review and negotiate partnership agreements with our partners in AMER.
  • •Assist (globally) with review and negotiation of procurement and marketing contracts as needed.
  • •Be part of HR related projects & provide support for certain U.S. employment and labor law topics.
