•Plan, approve, and deliver high-volume changes and large releases in a controlled, auditable, disruption-free manner.
•Bridge development teams, product owners, and operations to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
•Manage a complex, heterogeneous platform spanning central, global, local, and regional needs.
•Oversee legacy systems while driving transition to DevOps and modern CI/CD pipelines.
•Lead and optimize end-to-end release processes using AI-driven insights, automation, and risk management to improve deployment reliability and quality.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years in release and/or change management within large, complex enterprise IT environments.
•Experience managing change in a highly regulated industry such as financial services, insurance, or banking.
•Hands-on experience with One Identity or a comparable enterprise IAM platform.
•Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, especially Change and Release modules and CAB workflows.
•Practical understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and how to operationalize controls.
