HR Shared Services Lead

Establish and lead a newly formed Internal HR Shared Services team, building a centralized HR Operations function that delivers high-quality service to employees and key stakeholders. Own service delivery frameworks for employee life-cycle events (onboarding, benefits administration, leave, and offboarding), ensure HR data integrity and KPI reporting, drive continuous process improvement, and maintain compliance with local labor laws across regions.
