Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
•Build rapport quickly and explain the CarMax appraisal process with confidence.
•Communicate in person and by phone to understand customer motivations and follow up with undecided sellers.
•Facilitate appraisal steps, including discovery, presenting offers, and addressing objections.
•Accurately collect and input data, maintain composure under pressure, and follow EH&S requirements while keeping the work area clean.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 12.78 hourly
