Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks and full chip-level integration support.
  • •Run layout verification including LVS, DRC, and Antenna checks, perform quality checks, and support documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •Expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre for DRC/LVS verification.
  • •Hands-on layout creation for critical blocks such as PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Comparator, and amplifiers.
  • •Strong analog layout fundamentals including matching, IR-drop, crosstalk, parasitics, and related effects on circuit behavior.
  • •Understanding of design constraints and hierarchy for memory architectures, with tape-out support experience as a plus.
