  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related field).
  • •2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership or development, or equivalent military experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience.
  • •Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of ion implantation physics, dopant activation, and device impact.
  • •Proficiency analyzing complex data sets and driving decisions using statistical methods.
