Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain critical power generation equipment to support continuous manufacturing operations.
  • •Work as owners and leaders of the shift and assigned equipment to keep the plant running smoothly.
  • •Handle operation and maintenance across systems including steam turbines, boilers, chillers, compressed air, vacuum, and process water.
  • •Support water treatment operations and permit compliance testing.
  • •Work rotating shifts (8–12 hours/day), including weekends and potential overtime as needed by production requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Have a minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • •Be willing to work any shift assigned and wear required PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
  • •Possess and maintain a current Commonwealth of Massachusetts Second-Class Firemen’s License or higher.
  • •Demonstrate experience and understanding of compressed air systems, chillers, turbines, boilers, RO, sea water, process water, and wastewater systems.
