Powerhouse - Boiler Plant Operator

Operate and maintain critical power generation equipment in the South Boston Manufacturing Center, helping keep production flowing and meet performance and quality goals. Work as a shift leader and owner of the shift and equipment, handling tasks across steam turbines, boilers, chillers, compressed air, vacuum, and water treatment systems, while supporting permit compliance testing. Full-time role with rotating shifts, overtime opportunities, and focus on safety and reliable operations.
